Overview
All products sold through our website are made to order and produced specifically for each customer upon purchase.
Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason other than a verified manufacturing defect.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection
- Buyer’s remorse
- Preference changes
- Sizing issues (where applicable)
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
Manufacturing Defects
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at themlc.theband@gmail.com.
To help us assess your claim, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the defect
- Clear photographs showing the issue
Once your claim has been reviewed, we will notify you of the outcome. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we may, at our discretion:
- Repair the item;
- Replace the item; or
- Issue a refund to the original method of payment.
Non-Defective Items
As all products are made to order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for items that are:
- Unwanted
- Ordered in error
- No longer needed
- Different from customer expectations where the product matches the description provided on our website
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact the carrier to initiate a claim. Also please advise us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the packaging and damaged item. We will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
Sale Items
Sale, clearance, and promotional items are subject to the same made-to-order policy and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.
